Partner Levels
 

The Razorsight Partner Program (RPP) offers partnerships based upon business areas and customer needs. As a Razorsight partner you participate at varying levels of commitment. At every level our partners will receive support in marketing, sales, technical services and training.

Razorsight Precision Partner

The Razorsight Precision Partner is designed for those partners who want to leverage their strategic and trusted relationships by referring the Razorsight Sales Team directly into the account opportunity with minimal involvement.

The Razorsight Precision Partner registers the opportunity with Razorsight and provides the company name, contact information and business background associated with the opportunity. The lead requires a personal relationship with the target company or contact. Razorsight works and contracts directly with the end customer. Razorsight will provide sales training to the appropriate Precision Partner employees upon execution of the appropriate RPP agreement.

Razorsight Precision Plus

The Razorsight Precision Plus level is designed for those partners who want to leverage their relationships by recommending the Razorsight solution into an opportunity. The Precision Plus partner actively manages the account and drives the opportunity to closure.

The Razorsight Precision Plus level is the same as the Precision level; but, the partner is also responsible for meeting facilitation, account management, participating in all meetings and closing activities for the referred opportunity. Razorsight contracts directly with the end customer. Razorsight will provide sales training to the appropriate Precision Plus employees upon execution of the appropriate RPP agreement.

Razorsight Precision Elite

The Precision Elite level is designed for those partners who make the highest level of commitment to resell and support Razorsight products. The Precision Elite relationship will resemble a teaming arrangement between the partner and Razorsight.

Precision Elite advantages include:

  • Resale of the Razorsight platform with percentage discount off of MSRP
  • Non-recurring installation costs discounted at a percentage off the MSRP
  • Precision Elite partner is expected to contract with end customer (resell Razorsight)
  • Demonstrated qualifications in BSS/OSS, ERP and AP/AR systems
  • Pre and post-sale technical support
  • Partner performs first level technical and trouble support to end customer
  • Razorsight will provide sales and product training to appropriate Precision Elite staff
  • Razorsight will provide technical training to appropriate Precision Elite staff
  • End-user technical and end-user training education services available
  • Razorsight will provide support for response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Strategic marketing programs and initiatives
  • Co-branded marketing collateral and product sheets
  • Partner web access to sales aids, product and technical documents
  • Dedicated account executive
  • Lead generation and referral opportunities
  • Invitations to Razorsight sponsored events
