Razorsight Builds on Relationship with IBM through Teaming Agreement Focused on the Telecommunications Sector

FAIRFAX, VA – October 10, 2007 – Razorsight Corporation, a market leading provider of on-demand financial business intelligence solutions for communications, media and entertainment companies, today announced an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) teaming agreement with IBM Corporation for its PartnerWorld Telecommunications Industry Network program. Under the terms of the agreement, which builds on the existing PartnerWorld relationship, Razorsight and IBM telco-focused solutions will be made available to mutual customers on an IBM platform(s) through joint marketing and sales efforts.

Razorsight’s AIM Communications solution, which delivers proven on-demand automation and analytics capabilities for network cost management and revenue assurance, aligns with IBM’s BSS/OSS & Billing Transformation solution, which enables telcos to integrate and innovate back-office and network-facing operations, as well as billing processes. AIM Communications also supports IBM’s Service Provider Delivery Environment (SPDE) framework, an open standards-based framework that serves as a blueprint for the delivery of new services for mobile and fixed network operators and for service providers. Together, the Razorsight and IBM solutions deliver powerful opportunities for competitive advantage and cost savings for organizations in telecommunications and related sectors.
