Former CEO Of Sprint Canada And MCI Division President To Join NISCO
Kevin Bennis Joins Board of Directors
FAIRFAX, VA – August 25, 2004 – NISCO today announced that Kevin Bennis, President of KB Advisors and former President and CEO of Sprint Canada has joined its Board of Directors.
Mr. Bennis brings over 28 years of telecommunications and leadership experience with him as he served in executive levels for Sprint Canada/Call-Net Enterprises, Pathnet, MCI and Frontier Communications.

Prior to forming KB Advisors in 2001, Mr. Bennis served as President and CEO of Sprint Canada/Call-Net Enterprises Inc, the largest non-Bell long-distance competitor in Canada. Call-Net, a publicly traded company, had over one million residential customers, over 100,000 business customers and 180,000 Internet subscribers. Before joining Sprint Canada, Mr. Bennis was the President of Pathnet where he participated in a $350 million high-yield offering and a $2.1 Billion financing agreement with Lucent Technologies.
Mr. Bennis also spent over 21 years with MCI serving in various senior management positions; including SVP of Business Marketing, President and COO of Avantel and President of MCI’s System Integration Division. Bennis is also a member of the board of directors at Anystream and is a lead board advisor at 10e Solutions, a software company that provides telecom companies with “on-demand” profitability analytical solutions and business process improvements.
