Razorsight Names Software Veteran To Lead Expansion of Financial Data Analysis Products
As the Vice President, Product Development, Steve Fitzgerald will help expand Razorsight's product portfolio into new industry sectors.
FAIRFAX, VA - February 7, 2006 - Razorsight Corporation, a market leader and innovator of intelligent data analysis and financial management software, today announced that Steve Fitzgerald has joined the company in the newly created position of Vice President, Product Development.
Fitzgerald will be responsible for leading the expansion of Razorsight's product portfolio into new industry sectors where the ability to capture and translate a vast amount of unstructured data is fast-becoming a top priority for companies desiring to improve cost management and respond efficiently to new corporate accountability regulations.
Fitzgerald brings over 20 years of product development experience in fast-growth software companies. He most recently served as Vice President of Software Development for SoftMed Systems, Inc. where he managed the creation and competitive market positioning for over 30 products in the healthcare information systems market and oversaw numerous partnerships with the industry's top data capture vendors. Earlier Fitzgerald also headed product development for PDS, Inc., a leading developer of Human Resource and Payroll software solutions.

Fitzgerald holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University, and also earned a Computer Science degree from the Maxwell Institute in Norristown, Pennsylvania.
