FAIRFAX, VA - August 14, 2006 - Razorsight Corporation, a market leader and innovator of intelligent data capture and financial analysis software, announced the 4.0 release of its award winning Audit & Analytics software platform which incorporates numerous customer specified enhancements including user configurable audits and an extensive array of usage audits.

Razorsight has automated over 100 discrete audits that were traditionally performed manually. With Razorsight’s A&A solution, customers can focus their expert staffs on filing and negotiating valuable disputes. Razorsight’s web-based workflow engine tracks the full life-cycle of carrier-to-carrier invoices from receipt through validation, audit, dispute, reconciliation, allocation and payment in a highly automated fashion. The Audit & Analytics suite incorporates Razorsight’s Invoice Reader application which captures detailed line items from invoices in any form including fax, PDF, EDI, web service, electronic file formats, or paper. Existing users will automatically be upgraded to Audit & Analytics 4.0 which integrates the features and functions of the Contract Database module to enhance rate audits. This integration enables customers to perform rate audits tailored to specific vendors or tariffs. In addition, users now have the flexibility to create rules for vendor differences between the invoice and the tariff including "one to many" relationships. The Autopay module allows configurable business rules, including evaluation criteria and thresholds, to determine whether invoices loaded into the system are eligible for automatic payment. Furthermore, users can now create their own audits and add them to the predefined audit trees for automatic execution.
