Charlie Thomas, Chief Executive Officer

Photo of Charlie Thomas Mr. Thomas joined Razorsight's board in April 2004, and became CEO in February 2005. In his first two years, Mr. Thomas has led Razorsight to strong growth resulting in a #8 ranking on Deloitte's Virginia Fast 50 and a #114 ranking on Deloitte's National Fast 500 list. He's also established very strategic partnerships between Razorsight and IBM, ACS and BearingPoint. Mr. Thomas has co-founded, grown and sold 3 companies over the last decade, and he has negotiated over $1 Billion in capital financings for his companies. He has successfully closed over 15 M&A transactions. Prior to Razorsight, Mr. Thomas founded and grew Claris Capital, a boutique investment bank, from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Thomas co-founded an Internet Service Provider which later sold to Verio and a Professional Services firm that sold to Private Equity firm GTCR. In 1993 Mr. Thomas founded Net2000 Communications, a broadband telecommunications carrier, and led the company as CEO for nine years from start-up to an IPO led by Goldman Sachs in March 2000 with an initial market cap over $1.5 billion. Net2000 grew to $150 million in revenue and over 1,000 employees before being acquired by Cavalier Telephone in 2002.

Net2000 was named to Inc. Magazine's "Inc. 500" as one of the fastest growing private companies in America in 1999 and was also named to Deloitte's Fast 500 in 1998, 1999, and 2000. Net2000 was in the Top 10 of Washington Technology's Fast 50, and Washingtonian magazine rated Net2000 as one of the Top 50 places to work. The company was featured on several national news segments including NBC, CBS, MSNBC and CNN.

Mr. Thomas has also held sales and marketing positions with IBM and Bell Atlantic. Mr. Thomas serves on several corporate boards. Mr. Thomas is author of a book "Entrepreneur: A CEO's Lessons in American Capitalism" which was published in May 2005 (www.ceolessons.com). Mr. Thomas graduated from the University of Virginia where he played baseball.

Kathleen Moore, Chief Financial Officer

Photo of Kathleen Moore Ms. Moore brings extensive experience in financial management from both large and small organizational environments in the global communications industry. As Chief Financial Officer at Razorsight, Ms. Moore is responsible for driving the company's accounting management, corporate governance and strategic finance initiatives.

Previously, Ms. Moore served as vice president and chief financial officer for Innovectra. Before Innovectra, Ms. Moore served as vice president of finance and administration for Wisor Telecom. Prior to that, she served as vice president of finance at Net2000 Communications, and has held senior management positions in finance at Qwest Communication and MCI. Ms. Moore received her BS in Accounting from George Mason University. She also successfully completed her CPA examination in the State of Virginia.

Bruce Bednarski, Senior Vice President, Business Development

Photo of Bruce Bednarski Mr. Bednarski leads Razorsight's strategic partnering initiatives. Prior to joining Razorsight, Mr. Bednarski served as the senior vice president of business development at iDirect Technologies. He joined iDirect in April of 2002 in a board led effort to restructure the executive management team. Immediately upon arrival, Mr. Bednarski focused on recrafting iDirect's business plan and correcting the balance sheet. Successful execution of the new plan propelled iDirect from a minor position in the broadband IP VSAT router industry to a leadership role in an extremely short period. During his tenure, iDirect grew revenues from a 2001 level of $1.5 million with sizeable losses to a run rate of over $112 million in 2006 with industry leading gross margin and net income percentage.

iDirect was among the Inc. 500 fastest growing private companies for three consecutive years as well as the Deloitte's Virginia 50 fastest growing technology firms and the nation's 500 fastest growing technology firms.

In November of 2005, iDirect's efforts culminated in an acquisition where it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Technologies for approximately $200 million in a cash transaction.

Prior to iDirect, Mr. Bednarski was a co-founder of Net2000 Communications. Net2000 grew from a small private company, to a public company (NASDAQ - NTKK) with over 1,000 employees and a market capitalization of over $1.6 Billion at the Initial Public Offering in March 2000. Bednarski worked intimately in many facets of building the business into a full facilities based competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) with annual revenues of $150 Million.

His career began as a systems engineer for Nortel Communications (formerly Northern Telecom), where he designed and installed both PBX's and Central Office class switching platforms supporting thousands of lines. Mr. Bednarski then served as a member of the systems design and implementation team for the United States Senate where he managed the Senate's complex telecommunications infrastructure. His technical expertise developed further at Verizon (formerly Bell Atlantic) as a member of the Select Engineering group where he supported cutting edge network and fast packet data services at Verizon's largest enterprise customers.

Bednarski holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of New Haven, Connecticut. He trained with the United States Olympic Soccer Team in 1978 and received professional status when chosen in the 1982 Major Indoor Soccer League draft.

Steve Fitzgerald, Senior Vice President Product Development

Photo of Steve Fitzgerald Mr. Fitzgerald brings over 23 years of experience in the software field. Prior to joining Razorsight, Mr. Fitzgerald was Vice President of Software Development at SoftMed, a leading provider of integrated health information management (HIM) software. In this capacity, Fitzgerald was responsible for managing all facets of software development, which included product design, development and quality assurance. In nine years at SoftMed, he led the development of over 25 products. SoftMed was acquired by 3M.

Prior to joining SoftMed, Mr. Fitzgerald was employed for 15 years at PDS a leading developer of client/server software solutions. In this capacity, Mr. Fitzgerald held a similar position where he managed all aspects of Product Development, Testing, Distribution and Documentation. Mr. Fitzgerald held a position on the board of directors; chairperson of the company's Product Control Steering Committee and was on the advisory board of Centura Software Corporation. His other professional experience was as a Systems Analyst at Shared Medical System in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Fitzgerald holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University. He also earned a Computer Science degree from the Maxwell Institute in Norristown, Pennsylvania.

Tom Kins, Vice President Client Solutions

Photo of Tom Kins Mr. Kins brings over 25 years of financial, operational, software development and telecommunications expertise to Razorsight. Prior to Razorsight, Mr. Kins held executive management positions at Winstar, Cable & Wireless and TEOCO. At TEOCO, Mr. Kins was responsible for successfully building and leading the telecom division and serving large telecoms such as SBC, Qwest and TMobile. Prior to TEOCO, Mr. Kins was Vice President of Telco Cost at Winstar and he held the same role prior to that at Cable & Wireless.

Mr. Kins' knowledge of telecommunications business and the development of systems to support effective cost management have led him to be one of the most respected subject matter experts in financial and system management of telco costs, revenue assurance, network planning and optimization in the industry.

Mr. Kins completed his B.S. in Accounting at the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.

Ramesh Ganesan, Vice President & General Manager, Bangalore Operations

Photo of Ramesh Ganesan Mr. Ganesan has more than 21 years of application development, program management and technology support experience. He has significant domain expertise including enterprise resource planning (ERP) and supply chain management (SCM) development experience gained through former technology positions for Oracle, PeopleSoft and i2 Technologies.

In his most recent role, he served as Director of Product Management at Ketera Technologies, where he conceptualized and delivered on-demand spend management and supplier relationship management applications, while also helping to establish the company's Bangalore operations. In addition, he has held multiple technology and business analyst positions supporting such organizations as Chrysler Corporation, Ford Motor Company, the Swiss National Bank and Unisys.

Mr. Ganesan holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering. He is also Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) from APICS, The Association for Operations Management. In addition, he holds a certification in E-Commerce Business and Technology from the University of California, Berkeley.

Michael Bunyard, Vice President, Marketing

Photo of Michael Bunyard Michael Bunyard brings over 20 years of product management and marketing expertise to Razorsight. Mr. Bunyard is responsible for developing, implementing and managing Razorsight's full product roadmap, product lifecycle, go to market strategy, marketing communications and overall global distribution strategy globally.

Prior to Razorsight, Mr. Bunyard was Senior Director, Products at Fiserv Corporation where he was responsible for the company's fraud mitigation solutions. Prior to Fiserv, he held the position of Vice President, Marketing at Voyence, a network configuration management software vendor recently acquired by EMC. Prior to Voyence, Mr. Bunyard was VP Product Management at MetaSolv, later acquired by Oracle.

Mr. Bunyard earned a MBA from St. Mary's College in California as well as a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry.

Deric Vinyard, Vice President, Sales

Mr. Vinyard brings a 15-year track record of outstanding sales results and leadership to the Razorsight team. His diverse background covering telecom services, hardware and software brings value to Razorsight and its clients.

Prior to Razorsight, Mr. Vinyard was an integral part of the sales executive team at MetaSolv Software (now part of Oracle) for over 5 years, with account responsibility for several large clients as well as new sales in North America. Earlier in his career, Mr. Vinyard, held sales positions with leading telecommunications hardware provider Tellabs and with Cable & Wireless USA.

Deric graduated from DePauw University, Cum Laude, with a degree in English and Economics. He lives in Potomac Falls, Virginia with his wife Kim and two young sons.

Deepak Kataria, Vice President, Technology

Mr. Kataria brings with him over 15 years of experience in enterprise software architecture and development, strategic enterprise software planning and management, design, and programming. His background covers many industries including Telecom, IT and Financial Services. Prior to Razorsight, Mr. Kataria was leading and managing critical treasury, security, and knowledge management projects as an architect at Capital One. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kataria held key technology roles at Bell Atlantic, Teleglobe, Spirent Communications and ADN/Sprint, where he developed expertise in building distributed multi-tier next generation OSS systems using J2EE, Java, Enterprise Java Beans, etc.

Mr. Kataria has his Masters Degrees of Science in Computer Science and Management and Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and Engineering where he graduated with honors.

Sundeep Sanghavi, Founder

Photo of Sundeep Sanghavi Mr. Sanghavi, Razorsight's founder and visionary, has over 13 years of technical and consultative experience serving in management roles at industry leaders including Cable &Wireless and Arthur Anderson. Through his years of experience, Mr. Sanghavi defined the market and innovated carrier-to-carrier software while landing major clients including AT&T, Verizon, SBC, TMobile, Williams, Allegiance, New Edge Networks and US LEC. Prior to founding Razorsight, in his role at TEOCO, Mr. Sanghavi was responsible for Product Management and Sales and Marketing which generated in excess of $18M in revenue. Since founding Razorsight, Mr. Sanghavi has generated year-over-year revenue and margin growth with a hundred percent referenceable base of marquee clients, including several of the world's largest telecommunications companies. Mr. Sanghavi completed his B.S. in Finance at the University of Illinois, Chicago.
