Through an online portal, employees can send a peer a star, which results in a certificate that is emailed to the recipient. Each month, a random STARS winner is selected for a grand prize. Quarterly "State of the Union," or town hall meetings, with the senior executives give employees at all locations a one-to-one interface with the Chairman, CEO, and COO.
